PLASMAS PLASMAS EVERYWHERE!

Within a radius of around 200m at the Christie's homemaker centre in Bankstown, there is Zoran Mitrovski's Good guys, Bing Lee , Dick Smith Powerhouse and Retrovision. All have impressive home entertainment displays and I found myself on Saturday wandering around from store to store checking out the Plasma televisions displays. The temptation to purchase this much sought after electronic is very high within the vicinity of this complex. I will have you my precious. But on this day, all I left with was a spiderman 2 dvd and an Ultimate Kylie CD. Fab CD mind you. 'I believe in you' is a faaantastic new track.

Dave and Thuy had their engagement party at Minc last nite. Great intimate get together with good friends and a great surroundings. (see pic link on right for pics ). Too bad a mixup with the club meant that we weren't allowed into the dancefloor area at midnight. Got home just in time to catch the start of the wallabies vs the poms. Was tired but decided to hang in there and watch the whole match. Aussies just got home thankfully. Backed it up a few hrs by watching the tri nations final. God that was a hammering by the roos.

Fark I'm tired! And it's boiling outside!

I HOPE YOU DANCE

I love the lyrics to this song.

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I hope you never lost your sense of wonder,
You get your fill to eat, but always keep that hunger.
May you never take one single breath for granted,
God fobid love ever leave you empty handed.

I hope you still feel small when you stand beside the ocean.
When ever one door closes, I hope one more opens.
Promise me that you'll give faith the fighting chance,
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance,

I hope you dance, I hope you dance.

I hope you never fear those mountains in the distance,
And never settle for the path of least resistance.
Living might mean taking chances, but they're worth taking.
Loving might be a mistake but it's worth making.
Don't let some hell bent heart leave you bitter.
When you come close to selling out, reconsider.
Give the heavens above more than just a pasing glance,
And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance,

I hope you dance. (Time is a wheel in constant motion.)
I hope you dance. (Always rolling us along.)
I hope you dance. (Tell me who,)
I hope you dance. (Wants to look back on their years and wonder,)

FEED THE WORLD!

Just caught a snippet of the modern remake of the BAND AID classic "Do they know it's Christmas time". Not a pimple on the ass of the original in my humble opinion.

WRESTLING

I've watched professional wrestling as long as I can remember. From the highlights packages on channel 10 a decade ago, the cheesiness of Hulk Hogan's rock n roll wrestling to the current "sex and violence" fest they dish out on cable TV.

People often criticise wrestling for being fake. Yes, the results are scripted else you would get
guys going at it in an unwatchable greco roman style borefest for hours. But the bumps and hits these guys take are real and then some. These guys are often called "the greatest entertainers on earth" and it's a moniker I agree with. Apart from the physical aspects, these guys need to act and role play as well. After all, it is sports entertainment. I respect everyone who makes it to the top in the business.

The tattoos, the jewellery, the women, the grandeur. I wish I was a somebody.........

FASHIONISTA

I spent 300 bux shopping buying shoes and clothes over the weekend and I plan on spending a couple more hundred this coming weekend. I've always enjoyed shopping and more so around summer with all the latest cool beach gear hitting the shops.

Saw a really cool studded diamond earring that looked really awesome. As soon as I get that ear lobe pinned, that sucker is mine!

So if anyone know of any good sales anywhere, drop me a line!!!!!!!!!

I wish I had the ability to sleep like a log. I'm a lousy sleeper. I wake up at the slightest instance of any noise. I cannot survive on less than 8 hrs of sleep per nite. Anything less and I feel like crap. It takes me a long time to fall asleep. Usually 20-30 minutes. I can't doze off straight away. It's extremely frustating but it's been this way for as long as I can remember.

The only way I can fall asleep is if I have something exciting to dream of which I always have to think of in advance. Thats' the only thing that seems to work for me at the moment. Currently I'm dreaming that I'm on Australian idol. It's a great dream. I can't sing for crap but in the midst of my mind, I'm on track to become the next Idol superstar. Dodgy and corny but it seems to get me to doze off.

I once asked the doc about sleeping pills but he told me that I was too young to take them and would probably become addicted to them. I ended buying some capsules from those health stores that make you drowsy. Blackmores something but I forget what it was called. They tasted and smelt like crap and didn't do much for me.

What I would give for some quality zzzzz'ssssssssssssss.

GREAT WEEK

It's been a while since I last blogged. Been a bit lazy.

This past week has been sensational. Won our first game of touch footy on Wed. I scored 2 tries. Yay me! Backed it up with 4 the next night in Oztag, yay for me again.

Had a free dinner at Habib's on Friday.

Great dinner and dance party on Sat nite.

Went to the sports club today and watched Kostya knock out Sharmba. That was great , followed by more Habibs!

Damn delicious artery clogging chicken!
